If you’ve never had a website before, the task of creating one seems very daunting. Especially if you are as inexperienced as I was at website design and management.

I was put into contact with the Snapfrozen team back in 2005 and they delivered not only a website I had wanted but they exceeded my expectations. They set up a client login member area and intergrated tools which allowed me to deliver a professional service to my clients.

Since changing roles in 2010, I required a fresh new look for my website so I set about redesigning it. The Snapfrozen team made the transition to the very easy to use WordPress Platform and I was off and running. The cPanel Management system makes it very easy for someone with minimal experience to navigate a potentially daunting area. I was able to set up new email addresses, backup my website and check my website statistics with ease but then move onto more complicated things with the use of their video tutorials.

The level of support I have received from Donovan to date has been outstanding. He is always prompt in assisting me with any problems I have encountered and helps ensure my website runs perfectly.

To prove how easy Snapfrozen make starting a website, I started as a complete novice when it comes to starting a website, I have been able to use Snapfrozens easy to use system to set up several other websites for friends and family.
