Snapfrozen offers all new clients a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all web hosting plans. If you are a new client and are not completely satisfied with our shared hosting plans within the first 30 days of sign up, please contact us to receive a full refund (not including domain registrations).
All domains registrations, transfers and renewals are non-refundable as once a domain is registered, this cannot be reversed at the registrar. This is why we ask that all requests for domain name registrations are in writing so we can ensure we have the correct domain before we register.
We offer clients a three month warranty for quoted work. This is to give clients time to test and find any issues with software functionality. Once this time has passed, maintenance is then charged at our hourly rate. We do this as we have found that clients have commissioned work in the past, then never used it. This warranty ensures that the client collaborates with us to test new features so any issues can be ironed out as quickly as possible.
This warranty does not apply with work that has been completed on an hourly basis. In this instance, our hourly rate applies for any maintenance.
Instalment payments for development and design services are non-refundable.
