How to reset your Webmail password

  1. Start by navigating to the login page for your Webmail. To get there in your browser type yourdomain/webmail this should then take you to a page something similar to the image below
  2. Login to the account you want to reset the password for with email address and the password for that email account
  3. If your login is successful you should then be taken to the Webmail Homepage
  4. If you have been directed onto the Webmail Homepage (image above) continue onto the next step. If not, you would have been taken to your inbox of your Webmail. To navigate back to the Webmail Homepage on the left pane in your inbox you will see a "Webmail Home" button. Press this and you will be taken back to the homepage. Once you are onto the homepage continue on to the next step
  5. Once you are on the homepage scroll down until you see the box under "Edit Your Settings" called "Password & Security"
  6. Select "Password and Security". It should then take you to a page looking like this.
  7. You can now enter the desired password for your email account. We recommend using the password generator provided by Webmail. To do this select Password Generator and copy the password it and use this as your new password.
