How do I set up G Suite Billing

Setting up For the First Time

  1. To change or add your billing information for G Suite, you need to log into the G Suite Admin Area; https://admin.google.com
  2. From the main area choose the ‘Billing’ from the main screen.
  3. Choose the setup billing option under your G Suite Basic
  4. From here choose the G Suite Basic. It is easy to upgrade later if you find you will need the additional space.
  5. It will then take you to confirm your billing options, choose continue.
  6. Enter your billing details including credit card details then choose continue
  7. You now have setup your billing for the first time

Updating your billing details

  1. If you need to update your credit card details later, you need to log into the G Suite Admin Area; https://admin.google.com
  2. From the main area choose the ‘Billing’ from the main screen.
  3. On your subscriptions choose the 'Actions' menu and 'Access billing account'
  4. Select manage payment methods
  5. Then edit the credit card
