We’ve improved our online services to make it easier for you to access and manage your account with us. Our all new client area allows you to view and update all your account information, pay your Snapfrozen bills and even get support online.
You can access the client area by clicking on ‘Client Area’ on the top right of our website.
Log in and you will see an overview of your details, your services with us, and any invoices you have due.
From here, you can view and update this information with just a few clicks and because the client area is mobile-friendly, you can administer your account from your smartphone, tablet or iPad anytime! Paying your Snapfrozen invoices is simple with our secure online credit-card or PayPal facilities.
Use the menu bar across the top of any page in the client area to directly access the services or information you need, or to navigate back to the home page.
If you need help, support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by opening a new support ticket from within your client area. Our average response time is just half an hour!
